  • Manufacture and install 1 off External guard system for both upper and lower floors
  • The lift will be supplied with a 4 sided full height external guard, extending 4.7m above the 1st floor level, 1800mm wide and 1900mm deep
  • Single outwards opening gate at ground level & 1st floor level. The gates will be fitted with electrical interlocks to prevent opening when the lift is not parked.
  • Gate height will be approx 4.2m at both levels. TBC

For the design, manufacture and install of a 1 off mast-type goods lift to be installed through a mezzanine floor.

  • The lift will be constructed using a single mast which will be supported by the mezzanine floor structure as well as a framework mounted at ground level. The lift platform will measure approximately 1500mm wide by 1500mm deep and will close down over the legs.
  • The lift will be mounted in an existing pit to allow the platform to fit flush with the ground floor in the lowered position.
  • The clear working platform area will be 1440mm x 1440mm
  • The overall plan size of the lift will be approx 1500 wide x 1750mm deep
  • The platform will feature 1100mm high rails on all sides and a single outwards opening gate on sides A & B. The gates will lock with a gravity system but will also be sensed to prevent platform movement if the gate is open.
  • The platform will close to the floor and have a total raised height of 5000mm plus the mezzanine floor thickness (TBC)
  • The maximum lift height will be governed by a limit switch system to ensure that the platform parks with the mezzanine upper floor.
  • The hydraulic power pack will be mounted to the mast and electrical system will be housed in a separate wall mounted box at ground level.
  • Control points will be positioned at both ground and upper floor levels. Both points will feature latching call buttons and emergency stop controls.
  • Power requirement: 415V 3 phase + Neutral via 16amp isolator (Supplied by customer)
  • Motor specification: 1.5Kw 3phase 415V with 3ltr reservoir
  • Maximum lift capacity will be 500Kg
  • Decommissioning of the existing unit
