Mezzanine Goods Lifts

Mezzanine Goods Lifts 500kg installed York Business Park York with a travel height 3400mm. Goods lift extends through a pre-formed aperture by main contractor and comprises a self-supporting cladded structure with infilled sheet steel clad panels Dark Grey RAL 7024.

The platform size is 1500mm x 1500mm painted Cav Red RAL 3011 and the platform guarded on the non-loading 3 sides at 1100mm high infilled Zinc panels.

Loading and unloading is on the same face and at the entrance to the lift at both levels are twin opening doors with a clearance of 1350mm each door fitted with viewing glass with push buttons integrated in the door frame, Elevator Safety lock with CE mark according EN81-2, door closer, automatic mechanical lock and unlock from the platform in the door zone (100 mm).

Goods Lift is fitted with “Press to Go” one touch controls at both levels with a lift speed 0,13 m/s. Safety chain 24 VDC, Rupture valve, CRS electronic safety unit according  EN81-2 A3 to prevent unintended movement – allowing a person to enter on the platform during loading only. Electrics and Hydraulic pump all housed in a metal cabinet dimensions 600mm x 730mm x 570mm. Lift supplied with a loading ramp at lower level.
