1500kg hydraulic double mast Goods only Lift 3 stop installed Deeside Industrial Park, Tenth Ave, Deeside CH5 2UA with a finished floor level 6540mm and platform size 2800mm x 28000mm. Platform fitted with a fully enclosed cabin 2000mm high including loading gates, LED lighting included. Goods lift installed in a 250mm pit to allow smooth entry within the lift – pit by others.

Goods Lift is a self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024.

Mezzanine Goods fitted with 2000mm high twin loading doors cladded with Perspex viewing panels at all entrances and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gates can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gates on any level are not fully closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2290mm.

Goods Lift is fitted with safety shoot bolts which allow for the operator to enter onto the lift platform safely while the lift is docked at the upper levels, the shoot bolts also eliminate any deflection in the platform during loading and unloading. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all entrances and levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D600mm x L300mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 7.5Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
