Medium duty 500kg 2 stop single column hydraulic mezzanine floor Goods only Lift 90° loading installed Headlands Business Park, Ringwood, Hampshire BH24 3PB. Mezzanine Floor Goods Lift with finished floor level 3213mm and a platform size 1300mm x 1300mm fitted with 1100mm high infilled panels on the non-loading sides and a single opening interlocked gate finished in Traffic Red RAL 3001. Lift is recessed into a pit for a smooth transition into the lift, pit formed by others.

Mezz Goods Lift Ringwood a freestanding self-supporting lift structure manufactured from 120mm x 120mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Lift fitted at lower level with 2000mm high single loading gate cladded with a Perspex viewing panel, at the upper level due to restricted access is a 1500mm high enclosure and single-entry gate fitted with interlock system to ensure that the loading gate can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls and the lift will be prevented from operating if loading gate on any level is not fully closed. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and FLT the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 3Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
