Through car 2500kg 2 stop double column Mezzanine Goods Lift with 1 Trained Attendant installed London Road, Brentwood Commercial Park, West Horndon, Brentwood Essex CM13 3LR with a finished floor level 4000mm and platform size W2300mm x D2300mm.

On the none loading sides the platform is fitted with a 2-sided 2000mm high enclosed cabin, LED lights and internal controls for the attendant. On the loading entrances the lift is fitted with full height light beam curtain, should the light curtain be breached then the lift will automatically stop.

Platform and cabin finished Orange RAL 2017. The attendant has direct access to operating controls, allowing them to select floors, manage the lift, and respond to situations within the car.

Goods Attendant Lift is self-supporting with the structure manufactured from 100mm x 100mm box section steel with clad infilled panels RAL 7024, lift fitted with 2000mm high twin loading doors cladded with Perspex viewing panels at both entrances and these are fitted with safety interlock system to ensure that the light curtain can only operate in conjunction with the lift controls.

Attendant Goods Lift platform fitted with shoot bolts to stabilise the platform and remove any hydraulic ‘bounce’ when fully loaded at the top floor. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at all entrances and levels fitted as standard. Goods lift supplied with ramp 120mm x 2350mm x 1250mm. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2290mm.

To prevent tampering the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet and housed within the building size D500mm x L500mm x H1300mm. Electrics 3-phase, 400v, 11kW control voltage 24-volt IP55.
