2 stop 7000kg heavy duty pit installed four column hydraulic Mezzanine Goods only Lift installed Ash Road South, Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham LL13 9UG with a finished floor level 3640mm and platform size 6300mm x 2600mm. Platform fitted 3 sides with a fully enclosed cabin 2000mm high with LED’s.

At the entrance to the platform is a H1800mm safety light beam / light curtain, an infrared safety device that detects obstacles in the lift door opening to prevent trapping people or goods. If an object or person interrupts any of these beams, the system registers the interruption and the lift automatically stops.

Incorporated within the platform is a hydraulic drop-down pallet stop which when lowered acts a bridge plate between the platform and support structure. Goods lift recessed in a 500mm deep pit for flush entry into the lift.

HD Goods Lift Wrexham is a self-supporting structure manufactured from 150mm x 150mm box section steel with clad infilled panels Grey RAL 7024. Goods lift fitted with 2000mm high hybrid roller shutter doors at both entrances with viewing pane and these are fitted with interlock system to ensure that the lift will not operate until the pallet stop is retracted and the roller shutters doors are closed. The overall height of the upper-level structure is 2600mm.

Lift platform fitted with shoot bolts to stabilise the platform and remove any hydraulic ‘bounce’ when fully loaded at the upper floor. “Press to Go” one touch controls with emergency stop at both levels fitted as standard.

To prevent damage from pallet trucks and forklift trucks the power pack and hydraulic system is in enclosed in a lockable steel cabinet size D1000mm x L2100mm x H1800mm. Electrics 3 phase, 400v, 29.4Kw control voltage 24-volt IP55.
